Internal AI assistant supporting faculty and staff with day-to-day tasks.

IT Support Agent
AI-powered support tool to assist with common IT questions and issues.
- Provides quick guidance on troubleshooting, access, and services.
- Intended to complement, not replace, human IT support teams.
- Early testing focuses on accuracy, escalation paths, and user trust.
PDF Accessibility Remediation Tool
Tool to help identify and remediate accessibility issues in PDF documents.
- Supports compliance with accessibility standards and inclusive practices.
- Aims to reduce manual remediation time for staff and content creators.

HR Resume Review Pilot
Pilot tool to assist HR teams with initial resume review and screening.

JIAIT Team
JIAIT is built as a shared working team across units. The group brings together engineering, infrastructure, security, HR, web, learning, and operations expertise to test projects, document patterns, and help move promising ideas toward reusable campus solutions.
